One of the often overlooked benefits of Pleo is its ability to provide in-depth and powerful insights into your company’s spending. This is in part due to our Tags feature, which allows you to tag expenses with whatever dimensions and large datasets of cost centres (e.g. projects, departments, location, building sites, etc.) you’re working with. Our latest improvement lets you easily import and reimport these into our equivalents (tag groups and tags), thus not needing to input them manually.
Head over to the tags page and create a new tag group. From here, you can import your spreadsheet with one, two or three columns. When it’s time to update your cost centres, simply reimport the spreadsheet with the changes to the tag group in Pleo. We’ll figure out what is new, archived or changed.
