If you know Pleo at all, you know that one of the reasons this product was launched was to rid people of the boring, burdensome process of filling expense claims. In the process, we’ve helped thousands of people save time, and even made some enjoy spending for work again.

While we’ve already made good progress, we’re not stopping there. Today, we’re launching Suggested Subcategories. As you may have guessed it, we’re making it easier for users to add a subcategory to an expense by showing the most commonly used sub categories for that expense’s category.

This will not only allow users to get their expense claims done faster – it will also put a smile on the finance manager’s face as, hopefully, more expenses in Pleo will contain all the right information from the get-go.
